Privacy Policy

Logic App Labs, LLC (“Logic App Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates DinnerLogic, including this content site at dinnerlogic.com and the planner at app.dinnerlogic.com (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Company-wide practices for other Logic App Labs products: logicapplabs.com/privacy. Planner accounts and billing live on the app, not on this roundup site.

1. Information we collect

  • This site (roundups). Pages are public. We do not require an account to read lists. If you later use the planner, that account is created on app.dinnerlogic.com.
  • Planner accounts (app only). Email (magic link) or Google sign-in; optional display name; cloud meals, recipes, lists, and Family Group data on paid plans.
  • Billing (app only). Stripe handles cards. We receive limited subscription status needed to unlock Pro features.
  • Technical logs. Netlify and related infrastructure may log IP address, user agent, timestamps, and URLs for security and reliability.
  • Local planner data. Free use of the app stores data in your browser until you clear it or sync on a paid plan.

2. How we use information

We use this information to publish roundups, run the planner, process subscriptions, secure the Services, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers

  • Netlify — hosting
  • Supabase — authentication and databases (planner and published roundups)
  • Google — optional planner sign-in
  • Stripe — planner payments
  • Google AdSense — advertising on selected pages of this site when ads are enabled

4. Advertising (this site)

When ads are enabled here, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, as described in Google’s policies.

The planner is not an AdSense surface. Checkout and account data are not collected on dinnerlogic.com.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners may use cookies and similar technologies for essential function and, when ads are on, advertising. Browser settings can limit cookies; that may affect ads.

6. Data retention

Published roundups remain until we unpublish them. Planner account and billing records are kept as needed to provide the app, accounting, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of account-related personal information by contacting us.

7. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the data we handle. No transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your choices

  • Read roundups without an account
  • Manage planner billing from app Settings
  • Request access or deletion of personal information we hold
  • Use Google’s ad opt-out tools linked above

10. International visitors

We are based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
