These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Logic App Labs, LLC (“Logic App Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for DinnerLogic, including this site at dinnerlogic.com and the planner at app.dinnerlogic.com (the “Services”).
By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms cover the hosted web product, not the desktop End-User License Agreement used for other Logic App Labs software.
1. The Services
This site publishes curated meal roundups with links to third-party recipes. The planner is a separate app for calendars, recipes, lists, and Family Groups. Features and availability may change.
2. Accounts and plans
You may read roundups and use the personal planner without an account. Cloud sync and Family Groups require sign-in and a paid plan on the app. Current prices and the 7-day trial are on Plans. Cancel subscriptions in the planner’s Stripe Customer Portal (Settings).
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the Services unlawfully, attack or overload them, scrape at abusive volume, or post content you do not have the right to use.
4. Content
Original roundup copy and DinnerLogic branding are owned by Logic App Labs, LLC. Linked recipes remain the property of their publishers. You are responsible for complying with those sites’ terms. User content you enter in the planner is yours; you grant us a limited license to host it solely to operate the Services.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. ROUNDUPS, RECIPE LINKS, AND PLANNER DATA ARE NOT MEDICAL OR DIETARY ADVICE AND MAY BE INCOMPLETE OR INACCURATE.
6. Limitation of liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL LOGIC APP LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
8. Changes
We may modify these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
